Cancellation Pollicy

We understand that life happens, and things come up. You may have to cancel or change an appointment with us.

In order to respect the time of both our clients and our staff, we simply ask that you notify us of a cancellation or rescheduling at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. Appointments that are cancelled after 48 hours will result in a $50 fee.

The fee will be charged to the credit card we have on file. ‘No Shows’ will be charged the full price of the appointment.

If you’re feeling even the slightest bit under the weather, for the health and safety of all concerned, please call to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

What we expect from you:

  • You will be required to wear a mask during your full service (regardless of vaccination status), so please bring one with you.
  • Clients must arrive with clean hair.
  • Please come to the salon alone. No additional guests or children at your appointment.
  • In order to provide the best service please arrive on time. We offer a 15 minute minute grace period if you arrive after, you might have to forgo parts of your service.
